The Brown Bag Talk series in Global and Transnational Sociology is part of the BA Plus in Sociology and especially welcomes speakers from our exchange partner institutes around the world. In the Summer Semester 2016 a number of sessions are especially devoted to developing new research directions in the area of Transnational Work and Labour from a world regional comparative perspective, in cooperation with colleagues at the Ruhr University Bochum and as part of the UDE Main Research Area Transformation of Contemporary Societies.
