Guest Professor: Dongya Huang

Professor Dongya Huang will join the GRK 1613/2 “Risk and East Asia” from 02.07. to 30.08.2017.

Dongya Huang is a professor at the Political Science Department, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou. She received her Ph.D. in political science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2008, and earned her M.Phil. in history of CCP and B.A. in political science from Renmin University of China respectively in 2000 and 2003. She published a couple of papers in the Journal of Contemporary China, Modern China and other Chinese journals. Her current research interest are: business lobby and state-business relationships in China.

Prof. Huang’s office is located on Duisburg Campus in Building LE, Room LE 733.
