Markus Taube appointed to the Research Council of the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik

Duisburg's East Asia scholars are further strengthening the application of their research in the fields of politics, society and business.

Markus Taube has now been appointed to the Research Council of the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (the German Institute for International and Security Affairs, SWP) which advises political decision-makers on international politics and foreign and security policy. Its services are orientated primarily towards the German government and Bundestag, as well as relevant international organisations such as the European Union, NATO and the United Nations.
