Neurodiversity in the EFL Classroom: Aleksander Knauerhase on Autism

On Mai 29th 2020, Aleksander Knauerhase, autist, teacher, and speaker, was a guest in the seminar “Neurodiversity in the EFL Classroom”, taught by Prof. Dr. Eva Wilden in cooperation with Dr. Judith Bündgens-Kosten (Goethe University Frankfurt). He gave a talk on autism from the inside perspective, giving fascinating insights into the everyday life and school experience of autists. All participants especially appreciated Aleksander Knauerhase’s openness and readiness to answer all kinds of questions. Thanks again to Aleksander Knauerhase for his wonderful talk!
