Talk by Prof. Dr. Eva Wilden and Prof. Dr. Raphaela Porsch at conference in Ascona, Switzerland in June 2023

Together with Raphaela Porsch (Magdeburg University) Eva Wilden gave a talk at the conference on ‘Evidence-based Foreign Language Learning – Multilingualism in Education’, which took place from June 7-10, 2023 at the Congressi Stefano Franscini Monte Verita in Ascona/Switzerland. In this very special conference venue they presented their study on ‘Teaching English out-of-field: Differences in professional characteristics and effects on self-assessed instructional quality’. The conference brought together an energetic mix of academics from a diverse field of related disciplines exchanging up-to-date empirical findings to further develop foreign language education and lay the ground for future research initiatives.
