ZLV welcomes Chinese delegation

On November 6th, 2015, the Centre for Logistics & Traffic (ZLV welcomed a Chinese delegation from the city of Nanjing and province of Jiangsu. The delegation came to Germany in order to learn about the development, planning and workings of logistical centres.

In the context of an information session carried out in cooperation with DIALOGistik Duisburg, ZLV board chairman Prof. Dr. Bernd Noche spoke about the design of future supply and value chains as well as about energy efficient transport systems. Klaus Krumme, executive director of the centre, introduced the delegation to the structure and different projects of ZLV, which was of high interest for the Chinese visitors due to its unique inter- and transdisciplinary constellation.
