Aurora Study Travel

In order to promote short-term mobility of students and exchanges within the
AURORA Alliance, the University of Duisburg-Essen sponsors study trips to AURORA partner universities.

These are:

- Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Netherlands)
- University of Iceland (Iceland)
- Univeristy of East Anglia (Great Britain)
- University Federico II of Naples (Italy)
- Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain)
- University of Innsbruck (Austria)
- Palacký University Olomouc (Czech Republic)
- Copenhagen Business School (Denmark)

Study trips to AURORA partner universities by student groups of the University of Duisburg-Essen are supported. In addition to imparting subject-related knowledge, the focus of the trip should be on meeting students and academics from the AURORA partner universities.

The funding amounts to €30 per person and day and the funded travel duration is a maximum of 12 days and includes arrival and departure days. Between five and 15 participating students and one accompanying university teacher can be sponsored.

Applications for funding can be submitted by university teachers of the UDE by e-mail by July 22, 2022 to aurora-alliance@uni-due.de.
