ChanceMint.NRW supports female students in engineering and computer science at the University of Duisburg-Essen and the Ruhr-West University of Applied Sciences.

The programme enables participants to explore a variety of careers related to their field of study. They come into contact with potential future employers and are encouraged to actively plan their careers.
