As a joint project of the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) and the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, the Centre for Competence Development for Diversity Management in Teaching and Learning (KomDiM) has set itself the task of networking diversity activities at universities in order to support universities in developing their own diversity profiles. With the virtual centre and the offers of KomDiM, an active diversity network was created.
