Postdoctoral Researcher (f/m/d, Nr. 479-23)
EG 13 TV-L

The Collaborative Research Center 1242 on Non-Equilibrium Dynamics of Condensed Matter in the Time Domain is dedicated to excellent fundamental research with an emphasis on collaborative efforts among its 18 experimental and theoretical projects (see www.sfb1242.de). It is funded by the German Research Foundation DFG. We explore non-equilibrium states of matter and investigate dynamic processes in the time domain to obtain a microscopic understanding of interaction mechanism among various degrees in condensed matter systems. These range from low dimensional structures to the bulk of materials with strong electronic correlations. Currently we are looking for highly passionate, creative, and skilled Junior Researchers to perform time domain experiments or theory in this field.
