In the following you find a summary on several online services to administer your studies. You can access all these online services with the user name (Uni-Kennung/ ZIM-Kennung) and password which you received on the occasion of your enrolment.

IMPORTANT: Before you can use the online services, you need to activate your user name (Uni-Kennung/ ZIM-Kennung) and password which you received on the occasion of your enrolment. For this process you need to change the password via the self-care portal of the ZIM:

The University computer Centre (abbreviated ZIM) provides different services for students, such as internet access and administration of your university e-mail account.

Online service of the Examination Office (QIS Online-Serviceangebot):

This online service allows students to:

• register for exams
• cancel registration for exams
• print out transcript of records (Notenspiegel)

Deadlines for registration and cancellation of registration are announced on the web page of the Central Examination Office:

Please note, that you still need to check the registration lists which are on the notice board at the Central Examination Office (SG 011 to SG 019 in Duisburg, V15 R00 G17 to G48 in Essen)!

This online service allows students to effect:
