Virtual welcome event for international guests

They come to Duisburg and Essen from all over the world: UDE is a popular destination for international researchers. Especially for them, the International Office is organising the International Researcher Days, which will take place from 9 to 13 November, for the first time.
Doctoral students, post-docs and senior researchers – during this week, the International Office will provide them all with the most important information regarding residence permits, language courses, the Erasmus programme and the German higher education system in both German and English.
‘These virtual events offer an opportunity to find information and get in touch with other international guests at our university,’ Udo Rasum, who advises international students and researchers at UDE, explains.
All events will be held online via Zoom. The corresponding links will be sent to participants shortly before the start of the event. Registration is open until 5 November.
