We are delighted that our fifth risk lecture will be given by Stephen J. Perry from the University of Pennsylvania. Stephen Perry is a prominent legal philosopher and legal theorist. An expert in tort law, he has contributed significantly to the debate on risk imposition and harming. He developed the influential position that the wrong in imposing risks on others cannot be understood as harming.
