Industrial Internship
Overview
An important part of the study program is an industrial internship of a total of 15 weeks, which can be completed in part before the start of the study program. This is regulated in the internship regulations. If you have any questions, the Internship Office of the Faculty of Engineering will be happy to help.
Where can I do the industrial internship?
The internship can only be completed in companies that are also recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as training companies. In addition, internships are permitted in larger engineering firms and other companies geared towards system or technology development that guarantee an internship within the scope of these guidelines.
Craft enterprises that do not engage in activities in the industrial sense are not suitable. For the same reason, work as a student assistant is generally not accepted.
