Post Office
Quickly download a new microscope from the Internet? The new contract not only on the screen, but actually in hand? Books that are on the shelf, not on the net? Even in the age of electronic mail and extensive databases, conventional mail - guaranteed by the mailroom - is an indispensable means for the smooth running of research and teaching.
Transport Service
The driving service drives for you every day: No matter if mail or people, without a driving service such a big university like UDE would be lost. Various vehicles and drivers offer you numerous services in the area of transportation.
House Technical Service
The house service, i.e. our janitors, will hand out keys, change light bulbs, help you with your in-house move and much more. Here you will always find the current duty rosters to get to the right contact person:
Craftsmen Group "Task Force":
When things need to look better quickly, the employees of the craftsmen's "task force" step in. They carry out small service and repair work at short notice.
Printing Center:
The University Printing Center (UDZ) can do more. It is your service partner when it comes to print products. It supplies teaching, research, public relations and administration at the UDE with printed matter almost everywhere.
Workplace SupportComputer Service
For all UDE employees, a small team of ZIM is available to help with the setup of ZIM services or in case of errors. For students, we offer an installation service 'By students for students' in addition to help at the e-Points.
EquipmentPurchasing & Warehouse
For the optimal equipment of your office workstation, your laboratory or your workshop, the purchasing department will advise you.
The administration has a lot in store to make teaching, researching and working at UDE easier.
