Central Contact Point for International Contacts
Our International Office is the central service facility for international contacts. It looks after foreign students, doctoral candidates and prospective students, advises on admission and enrollment issues and allocates study places to foreign applicants. It is the contact point for UDE students who want to study abroad or are looking for scholarships to study abroad. It helps international guest researchers and inviting institutes to overcome bureaucratic obstacles and everyday problems. It offers support to professors, research areas or departments in concluding university cooperations, in establishing contacts with partner universities and in international projects.
Research, Teaching, Responsibility
With our Prorectorate for Social Responsibility, we are positioning ourselves for current challenges, as they will also be reflected in the future EU Research Framework programme. One of the key issues here will be how to combine excellence in research, outstanding teaching and responsibility for the economy and society. This approach also corresponds to a central demand of the European university network AURORA.
