Farahpour Lab

We develop and utilize mathematical models and bioinformatics tools, in close collaboration with wet-lab biologists and clinical scientists, to study complex biological systems. Our research aims at studying the behavior of living and interacting systems by modeling their spatio-temporal dynamics, examining their statistical signatures, and understanding the eco-evolutionary processes that shape these communities.
