Research Forum 2023/24: Start on December 6, 2023

Labor, Mobility and Migration of (East) Asia. Three Lectures in Winter Term 2023/24

IN-EAST will continue its Research Forum this semester with three lectures on the topic of Labor, Mobility and Migration of (East) Asia. The Research Forum is organized by Dr. Aimi Muranaka, who is also a member of the BMBF-funded project Qualification and Skill in the Migration Process of Foreign Workers in Asia (QuaMaFA).

The first lecture is on Wed, December 6, 2023, 10 h CET by Yu-chin Tseng: Students, Workers or Cash Cows? The Double-Commodification of Southeast Asian Students in Taiwan. (Hybrid – in presence and online)
