Thesis at the Chair of General Psychology: Cognition

Students of Komedia are expected to demonstrate through the completion of their Bachelor's and Master's theses that they are able to work independently on a problem using scientific methods within a specified period of time (3 or 6 months, respectively).

You are welcome writing your thesis at the Department of General Psychology: Cognition. For this purpose, please inform yourself under Research, for example, which topics are offered at our department.

These include topics from the fields of Decision Making and Behavioral Addictions, but also integrated application areas.

You are welcome to send us which topic you would like to work on for your thesis. Please feel free to concretize your ideas, to derive research questions and to delve into different topics in terms of content.

More concrete and precise ideas will facilitate the processing of your request from the beginning.

Independent research topics are also welcome if they are related to our field of expertise. Orientation on current publications but also on concrete projects or calls for proposals can be very helpful.
