Your registration is all inclusive. Accommodations, meals, conference dinner, and attendance at the conference are all included in the fees (starting with dinner on May 22 and finishing with breakfast on May 25). The registration fee is fixed and cannot be prorated, even if you are not participating in the whole conference.
A cancellation free of charge is only possible until the registration deadline. After this deadline you have to pay the full fee, but a change of the registered participant is possible free of charge.
The conference is financially supported by the DFG via the SPP 2122 MATframe.
