Information and assistance for authors

The conference will include oral presentations in parallel sessions and a poster session. The oral presentations in English must not exceed 20 minutes.
Posters will be presented during a separate, less formal, session to allow authors to exhibit and discuss their work in progress or completed work.
Authors will be given a standard DIN A0 poster area 84 cm wide and 119 cm high (33” x 47”) to display their poster.

On acceptance, full papers in English will be required by July 1st, 2024.

 Please send your papers as .docx-file and as .pdf-document to "aube (at) uni-due.de".

The name of your paper has to include the paper number and your name,
e.g. "Det-60 Author name-AUBE24-SUPDET2024-paper.docx" / "Det-60 Author name-AUBE24-SUPDET2024-paper.pdf".

All authors have got their paper numbers together with the notification of acceptance.
Note that your paper will be published in the proceedings only if at least one author registers for the conference.

Assistance for preparing conference papers

The electronic file that you supply will be used directly for printing. The final size of the proceedings will be US trade (6 in x 9 in / 15.24 cm x 22.86 cm).
It is absolutely necessary that the formatting is followed to maintain consistency among all papers.

The following format settings must be used otherwise a perfect print result is not guaranteed.

Instructions for using the MS Word template

The MS Word template and an example are also available from this website and define all formatting and styling details.

We strongly recommend using the template as it will greatly facilitate the preparation of your manuscript according to the instructions specified below. Add text to the new document by replacing the template text with your manuscript text.
