How to find us

You find the group of Prof. Wende in the M-area of the Duisburg Campus, MD building, 2nd floor (rooms MD 2xx) and 4th floor (rooms MD 4xx).

Please find the individual room numbers in the list of group members.

Arriving by public transport

From Duisburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof)

Stop Zoo / Uni (M area):

• tram route 901 (terminating at Zoo/Uni or Mülheim Hauptbahnhof)

Stop Uni-Nord (M area):

• bus route 924 (terminating at Sportpark)
• bus route 926 (terminating at Uni-Nord)

Stop Uni-Nord / Lotharstraße (M area):

• bus route 924 (terminating at Sportpark)
• bus route 926 (terminating at Uni-Nord)

Please follow the signposting to "M-Bereich", building MD (not "MD Hallen")

Arriving by car

A2 / A3 / A40:

• take exit Duisburg-Kaiserberg
• turn left into Carl-Benz-Straße
• follow the road to the University parking area (M and L area)

A59:

• take exit Duisburg-Mitte, Koloniestraße
• turn left into Mozartstraße
• turn left into Lotharstraße
• follow the road to the University (L area)
• turn right into Forsthausweg
• follow the road to the University parking area (M and L area)

For your satnav system:

• Use "Carl-Benz-Straße 199, 47057 Duisburg" as your destination address, and the system will guide you directly to the large university parking lot (between M and L area). This can be used free of charge.
• Follow the signposting to "M-Bereich", building MD (not "MD Hallen").

Arriving by plane

Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS) is located nearby and has a direct rail connection to Duisburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Please see the section at the top for arrival via public transport.
