Benefits for members of the University of Duisburg-Essen
Hybrid
- The contract with Benjamins entitles UDE authors (corresponding authors) to publish free of charge in selected hybrid journals of the publisher
Gold
- Publications in Gold Open Access journals are not part of the contract. The usual author fees (APCs) apply for this
- Financing up to a maximum of €2000 via the University Library is possible. In this regard, please refer to our funding conditions
Requirements
- You are a member of the UDE and responsible for submitting the article as corresponding author
- The University of Duisburg Essen or the University Hospital must be specified as the first affiliation

- We recommend the use of the Creative Commons licence CC BY, which provides the greatest possibility of reuse for your work. The less restrictive Creative Commons licences CC BY or CC BY-SA are also recommended in the UDE Open Access Policy
