Benefits for members of the University of Duisburg-Essen

• The contract with The Company of Biologists entitles authors (corresponding authors) of the UDE to publish free of charge in all journals under an Open Access licence
• The contract covers both hybrid journals and genuine Open Access journals
• The author fees (APCs) of submitting corresponding authors of the UDE are paid and financed centrally by the UDE. Invoices are processed by the University Library

Requirements

• You are a member of the UDE and responsible for submitting the article as corresponding author
• The University of Duisburg Essen or the University Hospital must be specified as the first affiliation
