ESD Certificate – Education for Sustainable Development

In cooperation with the Institute for Optional Studies (IOS), the Main Research Area ‘Urban Systems’ offers a

                           Certificate ‘Education for Sustainable Development’

                                     (Zertifikat ‘Bildung für Nachhaltige Entwicklung’).

The certificate provides students – irrespective of their field of study – with access to ESD, and the opportunity to transparently demonstrate their acquired competences and knowledge. The project is funded by the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching and Learning.

For Urban Systems’ master’s students, it is also possible to integrate selected courses from the ESD-programme into their regular modules. For further questions, please contact Urban Systems’ coordinator Dr. Elke Hochmuth.
