To support (post)doctoral researchers with family responsibilities is one main part of the WGS. This is offered to every member who has responsibilities for their family in any case such as taking care of children or caring for relatives, etc. It includes direct family support such as childcare, student helpers, refund of traveling expenses, nursing rooms etc. but also indirect family support such as workshops, career support, individual support, etc.
