Obituary: Prof. Dr. Günter Schmid

The department mourns the passing of our former colleague, Prof. Günter Schmid, whio died at the age of 85. Prof. Dr. Günter Schmid shaped the science at the department for more that a quater of a century. We soll keep him in fond memory. Our thoughts are with his family.
