The aim of the "ProDiversity" programme, which was developed as part of the diversity management strategy of the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE), is to professionalise the handling of heterogeneity at the university by further developing individual competences. The offers are aimed at people with teaching, advisory and management tasks at the UDE.
ProDiversity Compact 2021 Online
In our second compact week of the "ProDiversity" programme, we will be offering UDE employees various training events on the topic of diversity at universities from 30 August to 9 September 2021.
At the moment, our workshops take place exclusively online and their content is oriented towards the current needs of employees within the hybrid university. In times of Covid-19, we would like to offer you support and the opportunity to expand your diversity competence in the digital space.
ProDiversity Annual Programme
This year, together with our cooperation partners from the Academic Counselling Centre (ABZ), Organisational Development and Management, Human Resources Development and the Centre for Higher Education Quality Development (ZHQE), we can offer you diversity-related continuing education formats.
