•  The prerequisites for measures of improvement and safeguarding in accordance with §§ 63, 64 and 66 of the StGB (German Criminal Code)
•  Questions of prognosis (treatment in a correctional facility, preventive detention and release of prisoners and patients)
•  Questions concerning changes of personal status according to the Transsexuals Act
