Description: The goal of this thesis is to provide an xAPI-based tracking system in CourseMapper. This will allow capturing useful learning activities in this platform, which can be used to analyze and provide insights into the learning behavior of the learners and promote learners to reflect on their learning progress and goals.

OpenLAP is a platform to perform analysis of the captured learning activity data from sources such as CourseMapper and generate indicators to provide insights into the data. This thesis also aims to provide an effective xAPI-based data collection mechanism without affecting the performance and scalability of OpenLAP.
