Thesis Topic:  Open Learner Modeling in CourseMapper using Personal Knowledge Graphs

Description: This thesis aims to design the user model to recommend MOOCs by leveraging a GNN based on the learner's knowledge state, which is inferred from related and prerequisite concepts and their interest and engagement levels. The work explores the transparent, open, scrutinized learner model by allowing users to view, control, understand, and scrutinize their open learner model, receive explanations, and explore similar users who are recommended.
