Internationalisation of the Administration
The Administrative Departments und Offices have appointed International Guides who help international researchers by providing a contact person in each department of the administrative body. Employees with an interest in international matters, English language skills and intercultural competence ‘guide’ international researchers through their department and consult on specific questions that go beyond the Welcome Service's expertise. The Welcome Service of the International Office is your central contact point for all things concerning the International Guides.
Additionally, the Welcome Service provides support for international researchers (doctoral students, Post-Docs and senior researchers) as well as their host chairs and helps with all organisational aspects of planning a stay at the university and in Germany.
The International Office is the central service address for all international contacts at the university.
