e-Point
UB and ZIM run the e-Point as a joint service desk with the goal to offer prompt and efficient front-line assistance for members of the University on a wide range of computer and communications issues. Here, questions regarding the services of the ZIM are answered and problems for example with the username or the configuration of E-Mail or Wifi are solved.
