CENIDE ist eine zentrale Wissenschaftliche Einrichtung, die den Profilschwerpunkt „Nanowissenschaften“ der Universität Duisburg-Essen vertritt. Das Know-how von mehr als 85 Arbeitsgruppen verteilt sich auf unsere sechs Forschungsschwerpunkte.

ICAN
Das Interdisciplinary Center for Analytics on the Nanoscale (ICAN) bildet das Mikroskopiezentrum im NETZ. Speziell eingerichtete Labore und modernste Geräte ermöglichen empfindliche Messungen mit höchster Auflösung bis in den atomaren bereich. Erfahre mehr auf der Website des ICAN.
