In Project Area Z finally two established methods from structural biology are united: X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy; in addition, mass spectrometry will be executed by partner A2. These three partners will strive to obtain reliable structural information about the protein ligand complexes of the best candidates and also provide methods for proteomics analysis.
