If you are a student at Ruhr University Bochum, TU Dortmund (Ruhr-Allianz) or Folkwang University, please send us an inquiry by email (sprachkurse@uni-due.de). For identification purposes, please use your university email address.

After your grades have been processed and entered in HisinOne, you will automatically receive a notification email once your result was entered.

When your result is available, send us a short email containing your request, matriculation number and postal address so we can send you the language course certificate by post.
You can also pick up your certificate during our office hour (Tue 12:30-1:30 pm in WST-C.01.06.).
