Examination results

After we have received and processed the examination results of a language course, they are transmitted to the central examination office to be entered in HisinOne. You will automatically receive a notification email once your result was entered.
Please find an anonymised list containing the language-course results of SoSe 2024 and WS 2023/24 below. Please enter your UDE access details to view the file.
External course participants: If you are a student at Ruhr University Bochum, TU Dortmund (Ruhr-Allianz) or Folkwang University, please send us an inquiry by e-mail (sprachkurse@uni-due.de). For identification purposes, please use your university email address. When your result is available, send us a short email containing your request, matriculation number and postal address so we can send you the language course certificate by post.

Please find your language course results of the summer semester 2024 in anonymised form. Please enter your university ID to access the file and search the document with ctrl+F for your matriculation number.

Entering of exam results

Check the course grade entered in your grade overview (HisinOne). Please note that the IwiS is not responsible for entering grades. This is done by the EO. If your grade was not entered by mid-April or mid-October, please send an e-mail to: sprachkurse@uni-due.de. For identification purposes, please use your university e-mail address when doing so. Alternatively, you can come to our office hours to pick up your language course certificate in paper form. Hand it in at the examination office responsible for you, and have your grade entered manually.
