Scope of the Workshops
Negotiation Psychology - Successfully Leading Negotiations in Academia and in the Business World by Joachim Gassert
Most academics and business professionals negotiate several times each day. This course is about how these negotiations can become more successful – and less stressful. Using practical exercises, reflection and evidence-informed theory, participants develop skills for creating and claiming value in negotiations in academia and in the business world. Preparing the transfer of these skills from the classroom to their everyday life, they also explore concepts for negotiation mindset development.

Participants become better at

- claiming value
- dealing with difficult negotiation partners
- developing a helpful negotiation mindset.
