Das Interdisziplinäre Zentrum für Integrations- und Migrationsforschung (InZentIM) bündelt Kompetenz in Wissenschaft und Forschung zu Integration und Migration an der Universität Duisburg-Essen. Es ist in der durch Migration geprägten Ruhrregion verankert und zugleich national und international ausgerichtet. Das InZentIM ist Gründungsmitglied der DeZIM-Forschungsgemeinschaft und Mitglied im europäischen Forschungsverbund IMISCOE.

Für die diesjährige DeZIM-Tagung für Promovierende sucht das DeZIM-Institut nach Beiträgen. Die Tagung richtet sich an Forschende im Bereich der Migrations-, Integrations- und Rassismusforschung. Im Fokus der Veranstaltung stehen die gesellschaftlichen Bedingungen und Strukturen zur Integration und Teilhabe von Menschen mit Flucht- oder Migrationsgeschichte in der ersten Dekade ihres Ankommens in Deutschland.
