Gurbandurdy Dovletov
Short CV
Gurbandurdy Dovletov, M.Sc., has been working as a research assistant and PhD student at the Chair of Intelligent Systems in Computer Science at the University of Duisburg-Essen since 2018. He received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems and Software Engineering from Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications in 2012. In 2018, he received his Master's degree in Embedded Systems Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
Research
The core of his current research interests are attention mechanisms that enable Artificial Intelligence to learn better and more efficiently. Supervised/unsupervised learning and generative approaches play a key role here. He is particularly interested in the application of these methods in a medical context and in connection with industrial particle measurement technology.
