Female Scientists Get-Together

Every 6 weeks the CRC 1430 organizes a Female Scientists Get-Together. This gathering is an excellent opportunity for the talented women of CRC 1430 to share their experiences in research, discuss strategies for advancing their careers, and build a supportive network. These dynamic sessions alternate every six weeks between the UKE "Casino" and the Essen campus "Brücke," offering a welcoming space to connect, exchange ideas, and empower each other in the scientific community.

Dr. Imke Lode - Conflict solving (online)

Participants will improve their conflict solving capabilities by reflecting their own style of dealing with conflicts, acquiring practical tools and communication skills for conflict resolution, practicing exemplary conflict resolution talks and tools. This workshop focuses on: Understanding conflicts (styles and stages), pro-active conflict management, understanding and improving your own conflict resolution techniques, appreciative confrontation & respectful communication and how to come to Win-Win solutions with non-violent communication.
