RauPE – Robust automated production of therapeutic extracellular vesicles

The aim of the project is to develop an automated, flexibly scalable production process for the robust production of cell-free off-the-shelf cell therapeutics based on extracellular vesicles (EVs) in the fields of vaccination, anti-tumor and immunomodulatory or regenerative therapies in order to counteract pathophysiological processes.
